Being too cheap to spend money on cable TV that I could spend on other things (like camera gear), I don't see a lot of TV. As a result of that, I also don't see many TV ads. Today at lunch, the TV in the diner was on with the sound off. I looked up to see someone on the TV shooting with a Medium Format camera (albeit with the brand blanked out). Most of the rest of the ad showed him taking photos, looking at them or displaying them.

A bit of google-fu on the brand name displayed on the screen showed that it was for diabetes medicine. I'll give them props for figuring out a way to catch my attention.
