Very cool. Brings to mind an experiment that I've wanted to do for a while. Track the eye movement of people looking at photographs, then convert the signal to the frequency domain (FFT). Then see if there is any correlation between "pleasing compositions" and the presence of harmonics in the eye movement. In other words, would an image that leads the eye around with a particular rhythm of the ocular movements tend to be considered more pleasing by a statistically relevant percentage of people, than an image that didn't lead the around in any "harmonious" pattern?
