It's got a disc on the front. However releasing one's hand from the axle to 
grab the disc would adversely affect steering and general handling. 

Looks like a very light frame but it's way too flexible. I suspect it would be 
very expensive to maintain. As bike designer/builder Keith Bontrager famously 
said: "Light, strong, cheap – pick any two!"
