The stockings measure about 5" from top to bottom. We usually put treat-sized chocolates in them (which we eat). They're hanging on a miniature plastic Christmas tree next to the aquarium. I made 5 of them as we had 5 fish at the time. Now we're down to 3 fish but I still hang all 5 socks because I wouldn't want any less chocolate.
Fishymas is something I made up, it's just the fish version of Christmas :) Cheers, Dave > On Dec 15, 2015, at 6:52 PM, ann sanfedele <[email protected]> wrote: > > Frank pointed out something that puzzled me too! > is fishmas a tradition? > > ann > > On 12/15/2015 12:01 AM, knarf wrote: >> Those are either very large goldfish or rather small stockings. >> >> Cheers, >> >> frank >> >> On December 13, 2015 10:57:28 PM EST, David Mann <[email protected]> wrote: >>> A couple of our fish check out their fishy socks on the fishymas tree. >>> >>> http://gallery.multi.net.nz/photo/944/#peso >>> >>> There's also a sobriety test in the photo... if you see double you >>> haven't drunk enough yet. >>> >>> Cheers, >>> Dave > > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
