The Dell SE2416H and the Acer SE2416H, both are nominally 24" IPS type monitors, the Acer specifications claim it's refresh rate a little faster, and connectivity includes a DVI port, the Dell has an anti glare coating on a protective front panel, and is a bit heavier, really there's little to choose between them in based on specifications.
i would skip the Dell — it seems to have only a VGA connection, which means your converting to analog and back to digital again to display anything
i don't find an Acer SE2416H — that's the exact same model number as the Dell, so i wonder if you mistyped?
