Damn OCD! I had to go find a video that wouldn't load because it was
country-specific. The error message is "The uploader has not made this
video available in your country."
FWIW, some of you might be able to see the video. The rest can see what
I mean about the error message.

It actually was available in the U.S. for a while, but then they changed it.

That's an audio-only post. (It's common to post audio to YouTube by
using a still image as the "video" content.)
