Thanks! got it now...
I thought I was looking there... however - I now see what the problem
was..,
On the camera itself , the + was mostly covered by DNG - so I couldn't
see it...
it just looked like the second and third lines were the same.
Phew
none of that explains how I made it go away though..

Look on page 202. You are looking for saving the file as a RAW +
