They don't stay that way. The people we got our Belgian from were hobby
ranchers and were having problems with coyotes, so they bought a couple
of Pyrenees.
The boy, with the very apt name of "Tank" was about waist high on me,
and about 150 pounds.
He was very accepting of people, but not other animals.
The pair of them did away with the coyotes in very short order.
