So here's the Toronto Crew - certainly not all of, but most of the
"hardcore messengers" in Toronto, after their annual Shop 'til you
Drop Charity Alleycat race.

An alleycat is an unsanctioned, illegal street race with no rules.
Except that you have to prove you stopped at certain checkpoints along
the route that you choose. For this race the checkpoints were
supermarkets and the racers proved their checkpoint by purchasing a
specified food product and showing it and the receipt at the finish.

They raised over $700 of food for local foodbanks. Then we went to the
nearest firehall (they accept food bank donations) and we dropped the
food. Then a group shot:

It was not bright, my K10D only goes up to ISO1600, so this isn't the
sharpest shot, but I think the satisfaction shows through.

Hope you enjoy. Comments welcome.

cheers,

frank
