Beautiful image and great to find a way to develop film non-toxically - I guess it has been around for a while.. have a very fuzzy recollection of someone mentioning coffee as a developer - whether here or in an old photo mag I can't remember. Alwasy did use white vinegar well diluted for a stop.. wonder about what is used for a fixer.
