Call me sad, but I've just been on Google maps and then Google streetview. If you put yourself on Washington Street between Water St and Front St you can see that view, albeit without the somewhat mysterious phenomenon of the sun apparently rising or setting in the north. But it's in a district called Dumbo, so what do I know?
