I now run a K5IIs and K3, the K5II is a great camera for sure, about
the only time I hesitate to use it over the K3 is when I know that I
will need the added buffer depth, otherwise I like it a bit more then
the K3. The K5 AF is OK, all its issues have been mentioned but they
are darned good value now, for the type of photography that I
typically see from you I doubt that it would present as significant
hurdle. That said I still have one K5 that I will sell shortly, it's
only shot about 40k frames I seem to recall, I would do you a deal but
the shipping costs would likely reverse its value.
