I don't suppose they're being treated as spam by your ISP? Something similar happened to me a couple of years ago with my Fastmail account (the one I'm using now for PDML). I got around the problem by resubscribing to PDML under a new email address. Eventually I tried the Fastmail account again and the problem had been resolved (whatever it was - I never found out). If your problem persists and the ISP can't help, do you have another email address you can use?
