Yesterday I was shooting with the 16-50 on the K-3 and my tamron 28-75
on the K-5. When shooting action in front of bushes, the K-5 seemed to
have a much easier time focusing on the people than did the K-3. I
eventually swapped lenses and put the 16-50 on the K-5ii.
At various times I tried both select 1 point and select 9 on the K-3 and
don't seem to remember that making much difference. I am curious what
sort of "real world" difference in focus performance people have found
between different cameras they use regularly.
