Mock Wellken

There is a fellow who runs a website. Said fellow is not well regarded 
as a photographer, a writer, and, some dare I say, even go so far as to 
declare him a person without a shred of decency.

I propose a ban on mentioning his name, and propose that in future, he 
be referenced as Mock Wellken.
