Thanks Nicole, About 30 feet I’d guess. I shot with the 150-450 and 1,4x converter, so it was about 630mm. I put my tripod out about an hour before I want to shoot so the birds get used to seeing it, then carefully mount the camera ten minutes of so before I start shooting. I sit there sipping scotch until the birds show up. I try to become part of the environment.
