It is a "standard" (though advanced) yoga pose. Molly is apparently demonstrating excellent form here, though I was unaware of it before Googling. :)
I have the name wrong too: this is the "upward facing bow" or "wheel" pose, aka Urdhva Dhanurasana. Supposed to be very healthy to do, though I don't think I'd recover from the attempt, myself.
