My other new adaptor arrived, so I can mount the M39 Voigtlander 15/4.5
onto my new Pen F. This lens works really well and gives an angle of
view similar to a 30mm lens on full-frame, pretty much ideal as a
general purpose lens for me. Notably small, and the adaptor has a lot
less physical depth, only pushing out the lens by a meagre 9mm from the
body - the Pentax K adaptor pushes out by a whopping 25mm.

Incidentally, the adaptors I chose are made by Kiwi and I have to say
they are excellent - the best I've used.

While rooting into the dark recesses of one of my man-drawers I found my
old Tokina AT-X Macro 90mm f2.5 and tried it out with the in-built body
IS - works a real treat but boy it's heavy for the little camera!

Been a bit ill this weekend but am planning a short trip to North Wales
next weekend so will post some pics soon.

Here's an update page with all 3 lenses attached.

Finally getting to grips in setting it up to my liking. The large/fine
jpegs it chucks out are 9MB each, which for a half frame camera ain't
bad. It's 20MP so they must be pushing it some for the size of sensor. I
don't shoot RAW but I suppose one day I'll get there to have a play with
that. The mono output is as nice as the Fuji stuff.

Bought a leather camera bag so it'll go in there with the 3 lenses and
the Fuji X20. It might just inspire me to take some snaps ;-)

Cheers all
