My favorite fast food - breakfast or not - is bread shrimp. Here in India we call them Prawns. Yum yum!
So we went to this food court in the Orion Mall in Bangalore. I saw a sample of Breaded Butterfly Shrimps. Butterfly Shrimps?? - what are these I asked the Manager, as the shrimps were twice as broad on either side with the tail in the center. He said, we slice, split and spread the shrimps out and then bread them. It was yum yum with the two kinds of sauces served with it.
