Today, our local community college hosted a POW WOW featuring Native American dancers, singers, drums, crafts and food from all over the country, called Painted Faces in the Valley. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy, with a snow shower here and there, so the event had to be moved indoors. It was still a facinating and inspiring event.
