It's a very nice composition, with the two groups of others off to the left and the right. The featured character really stands out sharply from the background, perhaps because his red shirt is such a contrast to the darker background. What ever the reason, it work. It would be better without the forehead over his left shoulder, but that's the kind of thing that happens when one is shooting in a coffee shop or restaurant.
