That is quite extraordinary! The large amount of empty white space dominates the image, and the gentle slope of the foreground objects leads the eye to the only small area of color -- the young lad in the lower right corner.
There is a coldness and an emptiness here, and a overtone of sadness, relieved somewhat by the boy and the color in his clothes and whatever he is holding.
