Last week, a friend of mine visited from Wisconsin, and Larry and I gave her a tour of some places in the area, including a few beaches. I saw a little critter (perhaps an anemone of some sort) in the hollow of a rock on the beach and luckily had my macro lens on to take some pictures. It was tiny, but looks quite interesting close up:
