Well, here's the thing: Blurb won't let me make the book available to the public until *after* I've placed my order, so you need to let me know ASAP. The book will be available in all three flavors (paperback, hardcover with dust jacket, Hardcover with "Image Wrap" cover) as previous years. BE SURE TO GET A DISCOUNT CODE FROM RETAILMENOT.COM Blurb's "standard" pricing is pure fiction. They give out so many discount codes that their regular price is never intended to be used by anyone.
