All in all it's your photo. But if I had a chance to re-shot this subject I
would either eliminate this yellow raspberry or move it closer to one of
strong points. I still think, that in the way it is now it causes too much
distraction - it attracts the eye so much that I end up looking just at this
one raspberry.

Well, I figured that out but just didn't express myself clearly I guess.
Even though they're parts of the fruits I still think that the image could
do without them. Especially the blueish one in the left/lower corner bothers
me. It stand out really strong from the dark raspberry. As for the perfect
image I would remove it.

I still stand for it. I find your image really, really good. It's just that
I tend to be much more picky on other's pictures that on my own. I like your
picture, and no, I didn't shot anything as good in that subject myself. And
I fear it's not only because of equipment shortenings :-(

To balance my opinion I'd like to add that I like the way the raspberries
are lighted - there is a lot of details in the hoghlights and in the shadows
as well. There is a very pleasant DOF in the picture. The way that light
reflects from the fruits adds a third dimension to the photo. I would love
to see a nice and big print from it which it certainly deserves.
