First impressions... Size: Love it. Almost big enough for my big hands. Much more comfortable to use than the K-5. Imay even get the battery grip later and use it without a battery in it (to save weight) because my fingers are still too long to comfortably reach some rear-panel controls. Still very nice without the grip. Viewfinder: As others have said, not as big as olden days film SLRs the MX viewfinder is much bigger but bright and with a wealth of easily digestible information. Controld: Very easy to understand and configure. Amazingly so, in fact. I'm going to hit the owner's manual to get into details, but anyone who's used a recent Pentax camera will feel right at home quickly. I thing the new function dial (or whatever they call it) is going to be a big hit. After I finish grading this semester's finals I'll get out and shoot some photos with it. -- Mark Roberts - Photography & Multimedia www.robertstech.com --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
