With LX + winder, I take photos of performing musicians (without disturbing flash) and sometimes, when the music is low, I do disturb everybody with a "loud photo" because of the winder... Also, I did use the winder's auto rewind feature a few times and once I had to rush the body under my coat as the music went down... Pentax made a "blimp case" for the LX but it is uncommon and expensive, even used. It's made for body without a winder. I need a solution... I'll think about a piece of leather (with thin - 5mm - evazote foam glued to it) that would fit around the body + winder (with a hole for the grip, and one for the lens mount). To make it simple, it would not cover the prism and I'd use quiet snaps instead of loud velcro as I would have to take it out to change film.
