Here’s one example. This is a pic of Grace shot with the DFA 150-450 and the 
1.4X converter. I of course wouldn’t have shot this with that combo, but she 
wandered into the yard when I was shooting birds, and I think it shows the 
vignetting clearly. To me it’s not a problem. Crop mode sacrifices much more of 
frame. The camera in AUTO crop chose the crop mode of course because the 
converter is an APS-C optic, but I overruled it and went full frame.
