Sheesh, too easy. You got it immediately. A few others were close, some very
imaginative.
It's actually the inner stainless steel drum from an old Hoover front
loading washing machine. The stand is the drive pulley mounted in reverse. A
perfect braai (barbecue) for two. Works very well - plenty of air holes for
the fire.
