Euh, malheureusement, non. Cela n'est pas une pipe. C'est une conduite. 'Pipe' in French doesn't have quite such a wide range of meanings as 'pipe' in English. For pipes in building works you'd normally use 'tuyau' or 'conduite'. The most common uses of 'pipe' in French that I know of are related to smoking and oral sex. Not necessarily in that order.
