I agree, Ann, but when I posted the original 3 image gallery, someone suggested lightening the left side of one of the images, and someone else suggested trying B&W. I tried both of these techniques, and tried to clean up the two best image, which were Stairwell 1 and Stairwell 3. Those images retain the same titles in this larger gallery.
I still like #1 and #3, which show an upwards view and a downwards view, respectively. I would like you to compare # 1 and #4, which are the same image, with the latter having the left side lightened a bit, as was suggested by Jack Davis.
