Larry,

The idea for balancing the outside and inside seems to have worked out.
I am not sure if the outside view adds much, except that the windows are not completely black. Maybe it helps to see the sign.

The composition and the poses of the first photo are much better than that of the second.
If the fingers weren't cut off, it would be even better.

On a different subject:
The guitarist (Rich), and probably the saxophone players look familiar, but the band name, "The Rhythm Roustabouts", doesn't ring a bell. Either I just forgot the band name, or I may have seen them elsewhere, in a different band or on the dance floor (Rich).

Next time, please say "hi!" to Philippe, - he is a nice guy; it's been a while since I've seen him in person.

Cheers,

Igor

I took these at the weekly dance on Sunday. We had a live band, with great
music, and a fun time was had.

I was trying to get some good promo shots for the venue, so when I noticed
that the light outside was close to the same level as inside, I moved the
sign to where I could photograph it with the musicians, and asked this couple
to dance where I could get them in the frame too.
