I originally saw this post while grabbing a bite to eat. When I left the
restaurant, I tried a quick test, photographing my car at a range of ISOs.

100, 200, 1000, 2000, 10000, 20000, 102400, 204800, then I did a bit
more massaging in lightroom on 10000, 20000, 102400, 204800
It turns out that flickr cannot display ISO over 64K.
Unfortunately fluidr seems to be acting up at the moment, but if it
decides to work, this will show the ISO with each frame.

OK it seems to work, but ISO in the exif is still broken.
