A few weeks ago I bought a used Leica M typ-262, which is my first 24x36mm digital camera. I haven't had chance to use it until earlier this evening, when I took it for an hour's walk along the river in the late evening light. The aim was to get colour and light, and see how I liked using it (a lot!).
Apart from the first, and the 'Discover Greenwich' one where I slightly adjusted the verticals, these are uncropped. Processed in Lightroom: Medium contrast curve preset; Punch preset; Sharpen preset. On one or two of them you can see some vignetting. This is because they were shot on my 35/1.4 lens, whose hood is so battered it intrudes. I need to buy a new one. Other lenses: 50/2; 90/2.8. It's very nice to be shooting 24x36 again, and it is really a lovely camera to use. Very happy with the results. http://www.web-options.com/T262/ B p.s. the parrot is only resting. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
