You are of course correct on the first. I love the patterns in the shell. As to the second, I was at our pool when some interesting butterflies visited one of our butterfly bushes. I ran into the house to get the camera a a macro lens, but when I returned, the butterflies were gone. I sat there for another couple of hours, waiting for their return, but they did not. I took Pattern 2 out of frustration, as I was sitting there with the camera and the macro and nothing worthwhile to shoot.
