I think there was an issue with the amount.  100 hours or so is going to come to
quite a sum.  Plus, it's based on the ship being a commercial vessel, due to it
charging fees for visitors.  Except, as I understand it, there is no charge.
 Even if there were, it's unlikely to raise the better part of half a million
dollars.
