Unfortunately, yes, & I'm pissed off too. SA has one of the highest data
costs in the world. I pay 8c/Mb so the 3gig download costs R240 x 3 = R720
or about $50. They've been nagging me too. The free offer ends on 28th July
so I've decided to have another try at a free WiFi hotspot but it will take
about 90min because the speed is quite low. Enough time for a couple of
ales.

Just out of idle curiosity, are you on some kind of metered internet
where you have to pay by the number of bytes you download?
A failed installation I'd been frog-marched into under those
circumstances would *REALLY* piss me off!
Right now I'm just annoyed by the constant pop-ups nagging me to
"upgrade". No matter what I'm doing, when a Windoze10 nag pop-up occurs,
it steals the focus & breaks my concentration.
