What version of photo shop do you use? I have cartoonized stuff for
graphics work with Elements .. one of those shots looks like they
applied the
cut-out thingy very gently... and some could just be extreme brightness
and contrast..
there is a whole panel of effects that you just go into in Elements that
can be played around with
