However -buying downloads from my website has always been possible...

You can buy all the photos (hence the cover and the individual pages) in
three different sizes - the price for the entire gallery is discountedfrom
the price if you were buying individual downloads. These are the prices
only for personal use.
When you look at the gallery and click on the BUY button it will come up
with the option to buy "photos from this gallery" or "Buy Gallery Download"
Then you get a window that gives you the option for web,low res, high
res. Web size is only $3.00 Low Res (good enough for 8 1/2 x 11,
probably 11 x 17 too) for $8.50 and high res for $12.00 .
This is the only calendar on smugmug where the whole page is included
because it's the first time I've done the working part of the calendar
myself..

Got all the work done except the back cover which will be an index of
flower names by month...
