Dan's recent post reminded me of this - the school building behind my
house was hit by lightning during a storm about a month ago. Less than
100 yards away I was working on the PC, thankfully nothing got fried.
A shot of the building and a close up of the damage. Based on the debris
on the sidewalk below, its a good thing that no one was standing outside
the building when it was hit.
