Haze filter? I realize, at this point, that I haven't even thought of a haze filter since the days 15 to 20 years ago when I was traveling the higher elevations in Colorado, Wyoming, California, etc.. Here I do see the obvious hazy, along with a dull, pinkish/purple.(??)

It is usually not that simple, as the contrast is decreased drastically. And not everything is "photogenic". :-) So, the yield is usually very low. Here are a couple of very different pictures taken during my recent trip to Europe: 1. Very pastoral view from Czechia (vicinity of Prague): http://42graphy.org/misc/Czechia_IR35068.jpg 2. Very industrial view of Frankfurt: http://42graphy.org/misc/FRA_IR35077.jpg This had extremely low contrast, I think I was able to push all I can (with a combination of contrast boosting, "clarity" in LR [unsharpen filter AFAIK], and sharpening). However, the history shows that I am wrong and PDMLers were able to suggest some further improvements. So, I'd appreciate those suggestions. All comments and suggestions are welcome!
