Yeah, I pondered that for a while but decided it worked as this is a subset of a torso. Torso being the trunk of the body minus the head and limbs.
I couldn't come up with a synonym for derriere that didn't sound crass, so torso it is. Thanks for looking and commenting, Godfrey!
