No - I copy to a USB thumb drive and then copy them from the thumb drive to the Android via a file manager. It should be possible to connect the tablet to the PC via USB directly but I've had problems doing this (the tablet never seems to know whether it should be charging or connecting to the PC as an external device). I find the two-step process easier.
