Classic. There are always get clowns who will do that. Back in the 60's his

We were out recently and ended up behind what was clearly a repair gang, the
last trailer carrying temporary traffic lights. A mile or so later, we came
to where they were called as a water main had burst. On the way home they
were working on it, and I jumped out at the temporary lights to take a few
pictures; this was my favourite.
