It’s an internet cable problem. Some of her neighbors are out as well. If it’s 
underground, as most of the NY cables are, it could be a long blackout. She 
wants to use webmail from a friend’s place, but hasn’t used it in so long she 
forgot her password. She’s hoping someone with Chrome and a PC can help her 
retrieve it.
