The rain ended last night sometime and FINALLY we enjoyed a dry sunny day. Was beginning to pick moss from my deepest wrinkles. Took the D FA 150-450 out for awhile to hunt ducks and geese, as it turned out. Again, nothing that dramatic, but I got to shoot a couple hundred AF frames of snow geese primarily. Am extremely pleased with the clarity possible with this lens, but the snow geese were mainly just a tangle of wings, orange legs, beaks and feet. While many completely usable, I chose, instead, to attach a shot of two ducks on a log. Was in an area that has held some Balled eagles the past couple years, but have seen none so far this fall.
