Any info on how long these prices will be good? Went by my local Pentax dealer yesterday to ask about the 15-30 expecting a price around $1500 because B&H had it for 1450, but he matches B&H's prices and quoted me $1250.
Of course, I have to pay NC Sales Tax on that, but that's one of the reasons why I prefer to buy local. I pay the sales tax at time of purchase & don't have to screw with NC's internet sales tax when I file at the end of the year. At those prices, I might also try to pick up the 100wr Macro. What are the pros & cons of using a 100 macro as a portrait lens. I have a M 100 f/2.8 (non macro) that is an absolutely superb portrait lens on my LX & K1000 and an A 100 f/2.8 Macro I've been using for macro, but it doesn't have auto-focus & in the situations where I've been able to do portraiture lately that's been problematic (takes me too long to get in focus for the amount of shooting time I have available).
