A shot with my "new" toy - a Sigma 170-500 APO which I acquired for a mere
R1000 ($70). I would have preferred a Pentax 150-450 but couldn't find the
other R34000. After the first few shots I can see there is a bit of a
learning curve ahead.

K7. Range about 60m. Heavy crop.
Having endured a couple of dry weeks in the low 40's (C), we finally had
75mm in the last 24hrs including a heavy fall of 45mm. Most of central &
northern Kruger got it so the pools & dams will fill up & the grass will
grow. Unfortunately, the mosquitos will soon be out in force too.
