Nice. It seems a bit dark and lacking contrast on my screen, but I think that 
is due to my cataracts which are slowly developing…

I am having a hard time reconciling the notion of monastery with such an 
opulant setting. Aren’t monastery’s about humble and self-effacing and retreat 
from the world?

I have been many places but so far mainland Portugal is not on my list. I think 
I would like to spend some time in Lisbon one of these days…
