I had an odd thing happened too which had to do with supposed security
update.. but while it checked for updates it stopped midstream...

IT finally gave up. whatever it tried to do wwas supposed to block
spyware and "unwanted apps" but I have Defender PRo and it seems to be
protecting me jjust fine..
I have Win 7 pro and I am also avoiding 10 for as long as possible....
No camera on my HP computer.
